CommonWealth Magazine Feature: Leaving Chunghwa Telecom's "Iron Rice Bowl" — How Did a 20-Person Team Break Into the AI Wave?
CommonWealth Magazine featured an in-depth story about Chunghwa Creative Intelligence — we're honored to be recognized.
Ten years ago, while still at Chunghwa Telecom Laboratories, General Manager Albert Lee attended NVIDIA's GTC conference for the first time and saw GPUs as the key technology that would reshape the future. That insight became the starting point for InventAI, the predecessor of Chunghwa Creative Intelligence. Last October, the team officially spun off from its parent company to become an independent entity, "Chunghwa Creative Intelligence." From day one, this 20-person elite team has made AI part of its organizational DNA — not just building AI, but operating as a true "AI-native" company.
The report highlighted our three core solutions:
- DeepFlow | GPU resource scheduling and AI model development platform
- DeepVoice | Customer voice-of-customer analysis tool
- AgentHub | Enterprise AI agent management platform
Drawing on experience deploying AI across government agencies and the financial sector, Chunghwa Creative Intelligence Chairman Tian-Tsai Su believes: "Helping every industry adopt AI — that's the real path forward."
