CHT InventAI originated from Chunghwa Telecom Laboratories and is the first AI subsidiary independently incubated by the Chunghwa Telecom Group, committed to becoming the leader in enterprise AI platforms and solutions.

Centered on our enterprise-grade AI platform, we integrate model training, deployment, and operations at the foundation, while extending upward into AI Agent governance and intelligent application deployment. Our technologies span speech recognition, speech synthesis, semantic understanding, and generative AI, with flexible cloud and on-premises deployment options. We currently serve leading brands across the financial, telecommunications, and public sectors.

Team overview

The CHT InventAI team was established in 2017, initially focusing on developing Chunghwa Telecom's internal AI platform and validating our technology within the group's own operations. Since 2022, we have launched DeepFlow and DeepVoice, earning numerous industry awards, and in October 2025 we became independent from Chunghwa Telecom Laboratories to establish CHT InventAI.

2017~2019

Develop Chunghwa Telecom’s internal AI platform (200 users, 50 AI projects)

2020~2021

External expansion of AI platform, obtaining 6 government projects.

2022

Built a diverse sales, production, and research team at Chunghwa Telecom.

2022~2023

Successfully selected into accelerator programs such as NTUTEC, Nvidia Inception, and StarFab.

2024

In 2024, DeepFlow won the Taiwan Excellence Award after entering finance, manufacturing, and transportation industries.

2025

CHT InventAI Co., Ltd. was formally established, launching the future with AI.
